My daughter waited in for a tech to connect nbn. Tech did not arrive. Phoned support...\"you missed him, he put a card under the door and called your phone. \"...This is incorrect. Front door was open from 8am....my two grandkids were waiting on tenterhooks....they have not had an internet connection for 7 years + Despite 3 calls to optus and online chat....no deal....no heart.....no Yes. Result....1 ticked off daughter. Two very, very disappointed children From customer service....the usual guff......oh we\'re very sorry (yeah right.)....he did call your daughters phone (no...he did not...he has no access to her phone number) etc etc etc
